This Atkinson Equipment designed locking filler cap is to secure your fuel storage tank from fuel theft, the clever design means that the cap cannot be removed until a padlock is unlocked and removed.Locking cap for an oil storage tank filler point. The bottom threaded ring goes over the 2″ threaded outlet on your tank and is then secured by the brass shear screw.
